At Twojeys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Twojeys box and mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
